Does 2Do support IFTTT?

Yes — indirectly. You can configure IFTTT to forward email to an account that the iOS Email-to-2Do add-on watches. Anywhere you can route email becomes a capture pipe — Slack messages, starred email, RSS items, smart-home triggers, and more.

The Mac and Android apps don't include Email-to-2Do. On Mac, use URL Schemes with the macOS Shortcuts app for automation, or use Toodledo's own email-to-task feature if you sync through Toodledo.
