Does 2Do iOS still use Basic and Pro?

No. 2Do for iPhone and iPad is sold as a one-time App Store purchase.

Basic and Pro labels do not describe the current iOS app. The main iPhone and iPad app is a paid universal app.

The only separate in-app purchase on iOS is Email-to-2Do, an optional add-on that connects to an IMAP email account and turns matching emails into tasks.
