Can I email tasks to 2Do?

Yes. Mail to 2Do gives your device a private, receive-only email address. Anything you, or anyone you trust, send to that address becomes a task in the list you choose. It works on Mac, iPhone, and iPad, and each device gets its own address.

Turn it on under Settings > Mail to 2Do, copy the address, and pick the list emailed tasks should land in.

The subject becomes the task title and the message text becomes the notes. Subject instructions file the task as it arrives, such as due(tomorrow), priority(!!!), list(Work), and tag(home). Number the lines of the message and it arrives as a checklist instead.

The Android app does not include an email capture feature.
