Does Auto-Prioritize send my tasks anywhere?
No. Auto-Prioritize runs entirely on your iPhone or iPad. It uses Apple's on-device Foundation Models, the same models behind Apple Intelligence, to read each selected task and work out a priority. Nothing about those tasks is sent to us, to Apple's servers, or to anyone else, and there is no account or subscription involved.
What it reads is the task itself: the title, notes, start and due dates, list, tags, and the priority it already has. What it writes is the priority, and only that. Stars, dates, notes, and titles stay as they are, completed tasks are left alone, and one undo puts every priority back.
Auto-Prioritize needs an iPhone or iPad running iOS 26 or iPadOS 26 with Apple Intelligence turned on. On a device that cannot run Apple Intelligence the command is not shown.
For where to find it and what to expect while it runs, see Auto-Prioritize.
