Reminders and iCloud CalDAV
Apple's upgraded Reminders app does not share its task data through iCloud CalDAV. 2Do's iCloud CalDAV option syncs with iCloud CalDAV lists, not with the Apple Reminders app itself. If a list is only available inside Reminders, 2Do cannot continue syncing that list through iCloud CalDAV.
Before iOS 13 and macOS Catalina, Reminders lists could be exposed through iCloud CalDAV. With the Reminders upgrade, Apple moved those lists into a private Reminders sync store. iCloud CalDAV still exists, and 2Do can still sync with iCloud CalDAV, but Reminders does not read or write CalDAV task lists.
2Do offers a dedicated Apple Reminders sync method (currently for macOS only). Separately from iCloud CalDAV, you can point 2Do straight at Apple Reminders (built on native EventKit), so your tasks live inside the Reminders app again and stay in step across your own 2Do devices. This is a different account type from iCloud CalDAV — pick one and use it on every device, not both at once. If losing your Reminders lists over CalDAV is what brought you here, switching 2Do to the Reminders method is often the most direct fix.

Recovery. Don't panic — 2Do can create automatic backups of your tasks.
- Open Settings > Backups > Manage Auto-Backups on iPhone or iPad, or 2Do > Settings > Backups on Mac.
- Restore from a recent backup that contains the tasks you want to keep (on Mac, use the backup's ⋯ menu > Restore…).
- On the device with the restored, correct data, go to Settings > Sync > Next Sync Action on iPhone, iPad, or Android, or 2Do > Settings > Sync > Next Sync Action on Mac.
- Choose Replace server data, then trigger a manual sync and let it finish. This pushes the restored 2Do data back to iCloud CalDAV.
- On any other 2Do device that is missing or stale, choose Replace local data from Next Sync Action, then sync. This pulls the restored iCloud CalDAV copy down to that device.
Only choose Replace server data from the device that has the data you want to keep. If you choose it from an empty or stale device, that device can overwrite the good server copy. See Replace server data or Replace local data? before confirming if you are unsure.
If you want the same 2Do task data on iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Android without depending on Reminders, use Dropbox sync.
