Does 2Do support collaborative editing or teamwork?

Yes. iCloud list sharing lets people using 2Do on supported Macs, iPhones, iPads, and Android devices work on the same list from different locations. Invite someone using their own Apple Account and choose whether they can edit or only view the list. Tasks, task notes, attachments, dates, sections, and manual task order are shared. Your list name, color, sort view, Focus filters, and alert choices stay personal.

Macs require macOS 14 or later and 2Do v2026.4.4 or later. iPhones and iPads need iOS 18 or iPadOS 18 or later, and a version of 2Do with this feature. On Android, sharing requires 2Do Pro or an active trial, and you sign in with your Apple Account from 2Do. Shared lists cannot be edited through a web browser.

Tasks use floating time by default: 9:00 AM remains 9:00 AM in each person's local time zone. On Mac, iPhone, and iPad, use Fixed Time Zone when a shared deadline must mean the same moment for everyone. The sharing guides explain the choice with examples.

Sharing works separately from your normal sync service. You can keep syncing ordinary lists through Dropbox, Todoist, or another service while the shared list uses iCloud. This is list collaboration, without task assignees, @mentions, comment threads, or a separate team workspace.
