2Do isn't syncing in the background

Common causes:

• You force-quit 2Do — If you have a habit of force quitting apps or use 3rd party apps that force quit apps (by 'cleaning memory'), 2Do will NOT sync in the background!
• Background App Refresh is off — turn it on under iOS Settings > General > Background App Refresh > 2Do.
• You're on cellular — iOS may delay refresh on poor connections.
• Heavy data load — large changesets over slow networks may postpone iOS background cycles for hours. If automatic sync feels stale, pull-to-refresh on the Lists or Tasks screen to force a sync. On Android, also check Settings > Battery > Battery Optimization → 2Do → Don't Optimize, and any OEM-specific "auto-start" or "background activity" toggle for 2Do.
