Sharing Lists

Use iCloud list sharing to work on one list with other people. You each keep your own Apple Account. The list's owner invites the others and chooses whether each person can make changes or view only.

Open Settings, find Sharing, and tap iCloud Shared Lists. From there you can sign in, create a shared list, join an invitation, or manage lists you own. See Share Lists over iCloud for the steps and supported devices.

Sharing works alongside your ordinary sync method. You can share a list through iCloud while your other lists use Dropbox, Todoist, CalDAV, Toodledo, or no sync account. Android sharing works during the full-featured trial and requires 2Do Pro after the trial ends.

The Apple apps also have their own local-network sharing feature. Its Publish to LAN and Browse Shared Lists steps are separate from Android's iCloud sharing steps.
