My snooze alerts are not appearing on the iPad when I snooze from the iPhone

Snooze alerts do not sync across devices. This is by design, so that you get re-alerted on the same device you initiated it from.
The same is for nagging alerts. If you have the Nag feature switched ON under settings, your other devices won’t know if you snoozed or viewed the alert from another. This is because 2Do relies on iOS’s built-in nag feature, which currently have a number of limitations that prevent us from synchronizing this information across devices. We advise that you switch the Nag option ON for only the device that you’ll be carrying on you the most.
