2Do

How does sharing a To Do work in 2Do?

Sharing has been taken to a new level in v3.1. You can share your tasks via AirDrop, iMessage or Email.

To share multiple tasks, tap on the ... button at the bottom of the Task List (this is done in order to enter Batch Edit Mode). Next, select the tasks you wish to share and then tap the ’Share’ button on the toolbar that got revealed. Follow prompts.

Once a shared task, project or checklist is shared back, your original task is updated accordingly to reflect changes made by the other use. Be warned though, your changes will be overwritten during this share. In future updates we’ll be working towards a more friendlier ’merge-share’ solution where changes from both devices are merged instead of overwritten.
