I use Outlook 2013 to flag my emails, but they’re not being captured

We have heard of reports that Outlook 2013 with an Outlook 365 account apparently does not save the flag on an email correctly, and so 2Do cannot pick those up. If you were to flag them using https://portal.office.com, it seems to work perfectly instead, as the flag is being saved correctly.
Some email clients also seem to be setting the Important header option ON for emails that you flag (which, strictly speaking, are not Flagged emails) and this may also be why 2Do is unable to capture them. Please try switching the Marked as Important option ON under Settings > Email to 2Do > Account > Capturing Rules and see if this helps.
