2Do

Nothing happens when I click on the Action button on the Mac

If the app crashes or nothing happens as you click on the Action button when editing a task, the correct permissions may not have been set on your Mac. The first time you click on action, your Mac will prompt you to give 2Do the permission to access your Contacts. If you click NO at this point, your Mac will never ask you again, and thus nothing will happen when you click on the button (since permission was never granted). To fix this, please follow these instructions:

  1. Open System Preferences
  2. Click on Security & Privacy
  3. Click on Privacy and then Contacts
  4. Click on ’Click the lock to make changes’ at the bottom left of the screen and then click on +
  5. Now locate 2Do under Applications and select add it to the list

This should fix the problem
