I don’t get any sound for my alarms, only a message

Please ensure:

1) The Alarm you created was actually a ’Sound’ alarm (the one with a Bell icon). On the Mac you need to select ’Message with Sound’ when creating an alarm while on iOS / Android you need to tap on the Bell icon to create one.
2) For iPhone users: Check Settings under Notifications->2Do, and make sure you have Sound Alerts switched ON.
3) Your phone is not ’Mute’
