I can’t seem to download the app, it’s stuck at Starting Download

If you’ve purchased one of our Android apps from the Market and your download is stuck with a ’Starting Download’ message or are experiencing other downloading issues, please kindly find some solutions mentioned here:
A simple solution to many downloading issues is to ensure that you’re currently logged into the ’Google Talk’ app on your Android device. To log into Talk, tap on the Launcher icon and then find and tap on the ’Talk’ app. Ensure you’ve logged in. Now go back to the Market and try downloading/purchasing the app again.
