I am not able to receive the email alerts. The email address I am using is my sms phone number. When I was setting this up, I did receive the sms/email from 2Do asking for verification. However, because sms is limited to 160, the rest of the activation sms/email was cut off. I contacted the 2Do tech support and they said they manually verified the sms/email address and so it should be working.
I have had a couple of email exchanges with them (they do respond promptly), but in the last email they said they are busy with a project and it might be a bit longer until they can get back to me. Thus, I am trying the forum while waiting for tech support.
In settings/alert/email info setup I do have the proper email/sms address entered.
When I add a new task I go to +/more options/add alarms/email/enter proper info/done. Using that process, is there something I am missing? Thanks much in advance for help.
