Location Alerts

Hello!

I have researched and am very interested in purchasing this app. My last unanswered questions are this:
How well do "Nearby (location aware) Tasks work? Do you find them reliable and consistent? How do they compare to location reminders in IOS 5 (which I find extremely reliable). Are you able to set the distance to the location for the Task to Alert you? And finally, do you get an audible alert/vibration, or do you just receive a notification?
