2 way sync help

I have successfully managed to sync my mobile app to outlook using the sync helper. However, when syncing, the tasks from my outlook on my pc do not get sent to my iphone. The tasks from my iphone are successfully sent to my pc though. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Yes I see the tasks tab on the app, however, there is nothing there. Any thoughts? Thanks for the help.

Thanks for the ideas. Unfortunately, neither of those has made any difference. Does anybody else have this same issue?

Yes, I have created tasks in outlook, that do not get sent over to my phone. However, tasks from my phone get sent to outlook.
