Tap the ToDos icon anytime to hide or show calendars
Calendars show the count of items inside (settings)

These Capsules appear as needed depending on your choice of sorting
A long tap on a calendar lets you edit it’s name and settings
Projects & Checklists show Count of sub-items

To appear simple whilst being so advanced requires putting every feature in it’s right place, 2Do is packed with many shortcuts that save your time.

Tap the checkbox or swipe your finger across the row to mark as done (settings)
A long tap on a row brings these options
Duplicate item: Copy > Duplicate
Tweet item: Share > Tweet
Email item: Share > Email
Tap a long tap on a row then start dragging when options appear to move the item to another calendar by dropping it on it on the left side
(Drop on Today’s tab to set the item’s Due Date to today)
Lock icon indicates the calendar is password protected (settings)
Calendars with transparent names indicate their items are not set to show in the All Calendar
Tap to create a new calendar
Tap to filter on tags in your search (you can pick multiple tags alongside normal search terms)
Enter search term
Tap to save your search as a Smart Calendar
Soundex matches by sound: so entering “jms” will show “James” as a result
Days left count shows when sorting by due date only
Specify a Date Range for your search, either a fixed range between two given dates or an updatable dynamic range in the coming given period
Date range is saved in smart calendars
Search mode shows a blue background
Smart Calendars (saved searches) show a purple background
The gear icon indicates a Smart Calendar (saved search)
Tap to change or remove action or show full contact’s details
Action row: Tap to execute
Call: Opens Phone app
SMS: Opens Messages app
Visit: Opens Maps app
Email, Browse and Google opens inside 2Do
Tap to edit the title
Priority: Tap any icon to set priority
Calendar: Tap to move to another calendar, project or checklist
Word tags show as bubbles
People tags show as rows, tap to see full contact’s details and call/SMS/email from there
Add an action; if you add an action before setting the title the action will be auto-set as the title
Tap to enter/edit title
Select type: ToDo, Checklist or project
Pick a Due Date: Today and Tomorrow ready for fast picking, tap custom for the full date picker
