If you are not a MobileMe user, Setup 2Do to sync with iCal on your Mac by following these steps:

•Unzip the downloaded file and double click on the .DMG file to mount it as a volume under Finder

•Open Finder and click on the 'ToDo Sync Helper' volume under 'Devices

•Drag and Drop the 'ToDoHelper' icon on to 'Applications' (normally visible under Places in Finder)

•Now eject the Volume and navigate to the Applications folder. There, find and double click on the ToDoHelper icon to launch it (The helper tool is a Menu-Item app that resides on the top Menu Bar).

You may be prompted to 'Allow' the ToDo Helper access to your network by your mac. Please do so as otherwise the Mac will not be able to sync with 2Do.

•Ensure WiFi is working on your Mac and iPhone. You need to ensure your iPhone and Mac are on the SAME wireless network. Please read this if you are having issues.

•If you don’t have any wireless network you can create an Ad-Hoc wireless network between your Mac and your iPhone / iPod touch instantly. (here is how)

•Launch 2Do on your iPhone / iPod touch and launch the helper on your Mac

•In 2Do: Go to the Sync view

•Tap on Computers on the top left corner

•Select your Mac from the list, If you see "No Host Found", please kindly read this.

•You will be prompted to enter an authorization code into the Authorization Window on your Mac. Simply enter the code 2Do gives you and you're done with the pairing.

•If you can't see the Mac in the computers list, please make sure you added the ToDo Sync Helper to your Mac’s Firewall Exceptions list or temporarily try disabling Firewall to ensure it's working. Please also read this.

•Your device has now been paired and will automatically connect to your Mac the next time you launch 2Do. However you will have to either select 'Sync Now' from the Helper Tool's Menu options or from 2Do's Sync view each time you wish to sync.
